Partial outage to Toll Free numbers

This incident has been resolved.

Starting at 18:33 UTC, we began to be alerted by our Blackbox tests that phone calls couldn't reach toll free numbers provisioned with AT&T. This was corroborated by internal monitoring on channels between Telnyx and AT&T.

Subsequently, we swiftly triggered disaster recovery and migrated our toll free numbers to templates that bypassed AT&T. Complete migration was achieved 30 minutes later.

Since our toll free numbers are provisioned on universal template (multi-CIC template), during this incident, the symptom as observed by users would have been intermittent inbound call failure to their toll free numbers.

A fix was applied and we confirmed this to be mitigated fully by 19:03 UTC but continue to monitor closely.
