Update
We are continuing to investigate this issue. New videos can be uploaded via the Course Builder as a video lesson or through the bulk importer.
The issue is isolated to uploading videos directly into the Video Library.

Thinkific is experiencing an issue with uploading new videos. This does not impact any existing videos already uploaded to a site's Video Library, or student access to videos that are included in a course lesson.
