Monitoring
The team has identified a few tuning enhancements that can be made to Router's use of the core blockchain that have helped our instances in production. We have pushed a new docker image and updated the tag on Github (2021.04.12.0) which reflects these adjustments. If you are an open source user, please update to this version and restart your routers if you are having issues with sync.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Investigating
We are experiencing a Console issue related to the core blockchain.

The Console backend (Router) becomes “stuck” at a certain block height. This impacts data transfer including device joins. However, the team has been able to address the issue with hotfixes to minimize the impact.

Open source users, (those hosting their own version of Console) need to manually load a new snapshot with a new block.

The team is investigating the root cause.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience.
