The fix that was applied for the unplanned Outage for Bankident and Fourthline services to be causing errors while performing identification was monitored and all operations are running within normal service levels.

Partner Impact:
• Partners will observe successful Bankident and Fourthline identifications.

Customer Impact:
• Customers will not receive any error during the identification process

An unplanned partial outage has been identified for Bankident and Fourthline services. We have applied a quick mitigation and are currently monitoring our systems to ensure everything is being processed within normal service levels.
