A third party provider, AWS, is experiencing an issue which is impacting Mindbody Consumer Web and Mindbody App. Mindbody Consumers are unable to access Mindbody App and Mindbody Consumer Web. As a workaround, Mindbody Consumers can successfully book classes and appointments through Mindbody Web Software Consumer Mode. We are working with AWS to restore services to full functionality. Thank you for your patience while the vendor works to restore services. Our next update will be at 3:00 PM PDT.

A third-party provider, AWS, is experiencing an issue that has impacted Mindbody Consumer Web and Mindbody App. Some Mindbody Consumers may intermittently experience errors attempting to log in and navigate the Mindbody App. Some Mindbody Consumers may experience slower than normal page load times or studios and schedules not loading while navigating through Mindbody Consumer Web. As a workaround, Mindbody Consumers can successfully book classes and appointments through Mindbody Web Software Consumer Mode. We are working with AWS to restore services to full functionality.
