A fix has been implemented and you should be able to create a QuickBooks Online account. We are monitoring to ensure that there are no additional issues. We'll continue to share updates as we learn more.

Some QBO and QBOA customers are unable to create a new company. Our engineers are working on resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
