Braze is aware of an issue causing some users to be unable to access the Braze Support page through the "Get Help" drop down menu in the dashboard to raise support tickets.
We are actively investigating the issue.
In the meantime, users can raise a ticket and reach out to Braze Support by emailing: support@braze.com.
