Global was able to identify the source of the settlement error, allowing PayTrace to resubmit the affected settlement files successfully. Batch reports for all settled transactions should be delivered to their standard recipients shortly. Thank you for your patience as we worked to correct this brief delay.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue being experienced by the Global Processing platform causing delayed settlement for the merchant's who have an auto settlement time beginning at, or after, 7:30pm PST. All other settlement files prior to 7:30pm PST have been successfully processed. Global is aware of the issue and is attempting to locate the cause of the issue. Once they provide our team with the necessary information, we will resubmit all impacted files and update our Status Page.

Once completed, batch reports will be generated and distributed as normal.
