Resolved
DocuSign was experiencing a service disruption impacting NA sites. As a result, any Ironclad workflows trying to send or receive signatures through DocuSign were unable to proceed. More details can be found on DocuSign’s status page (https://status.docusign.com/) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/AskDocuSign).

We will provide updates in any Support cases submitted. Now that DocuSign is back up, signature requests will need to be resent.
