We have successfully completed the internal testing and will be rolling out an update to the Identity Provider. The roll out will be over the next few days starting with the US deployment.

The issue has been identified and we are testing a possible fix internally. Pending test results and QA we will update you about next steps.

Investigating
Incident details:

We are currently investigating an issue where it is not possible to log in using Okta.
If configured, users can log in via an alternative identity provider.


Incident Scope:
This issue affects login via Okta on all deployments. Login via other identity providers is not affected and working normally.


Description:
When trying to log into the uniFLOW Online portal using Okta as our identity provider, authorization will fail for the user.
This may not affect all scenarios but this is still under investigation.

Okta appears to be the only identity provider affected.

We will share further details as soon as possible.
