Early this morning, from 7:31 to 8:20 UTC, and again from 9:08 to 9:55 UTC, the Eleos Mobile Platform experienced elevated error rates, which would have shown up in the mobile apps as transient errors and delays when logging in, fetching new loads, or performing workflow actions. Retrying the request would have succeeded, as the errors randomly affected a subset of requests due to an issue with an upstream infrastructure service provider. Our systems automatically scaled up additional capacity in response.

During this time, most requests were succeeding normally, so our on-call team opted to not post an active incident, but we wanted to share this information retroactively to help diagnose any issue reports from this time period.
