Impact: Citrix Content Collaboration ShareFile service experiencing issues that would impact end users on EU region. Impacted users would experience highly increased response times when using the service.
Current Status: Citrix Engineering has identified the issue and is working on mitigation.
Next Steps: A further update will be provided within 60 minutes (no later than 12:15AM UTC).

Current Status: Citrix Engineering is investigating the issue. At present there are no identifiable work arounds or ETA for a fix.
