An update has been deployed which seems to have resolved this issue. No updates to the Sandbox or re-publishing is required. We will continue to monitor this situation closely. If your users are still experiencing the issue, please have them close their session and start a new session. If the issue persists after starting a new session, please open a support ticket with Nutanix Support.

Investigating
We have confirmed that there is an application scrolling issue via mouse/trackpad within Frame sessions for users leveraging the latest release of Google Chrome v89.0.4389.90 (released on March 13, 2021). An update to resolve this issue is under development and should be available shortly. An immediate work-around for affected users is to downgrade the Chrome version or use an alternate browser.
