Our team is still investigating this issue. Customers should be able to log in at this time. However, there may be issues with 2FA and new sign-ups. Customers can troubleshoot by logging out and trying again, using an incognito window, clearing cookies, or re-sending a code to their 2FA device. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

Investigating
Starting around 7:39 AM PT on 12/9/2022, our engineers began investigating an issue with customers not being able to log in to their account due to not receiving the two-factor authentication codes. Customers may experience trouble when trying to login to the account with an SMS code. This does not impact users who are using the Authy app, just users verifying via SMS. We will provide another update in an hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
