We continue to experience technical issues with Heap Connect as a result of the Amazon Web Services outage. No other impacts on our system have been identified. We’ll continue posting updates here.

Connect syncs are impacted by the AWS outage and are currently delayed. As we learn more, we’ll post updates here.

Investigating
We have been notified that AWS is experiencing an operational event in Heap’s region. Currently, our systems, including data collection, seem to be unaffected, and we have implemented mitigations to prevent degradation of our platform. As we learn more, we’ll post updates here.
