Monitoring
We have released a fix for this issue to both UAT and Production, and you will now be able to link new companies to FreshBooks, and sync all supported datatypes for both new and previously linked companies.

We are continuing to monitor to ensure no further issues remain with syncing from FreshBooks.

We have developed a fix for this issue, and are currently testing it on our internal development environment.
We hope to be able to deploy this to UAT and Production soon.

We will provide the next update no later than 14.30 BST.

Update
We have identified the issue, which is related to determining the correct currency for a company that is linked / syncing.

We have put a workaround in place to allow previously linked companies to continue syncing, for all supported datatypes except 'Company Info'

Our engineers are continuing to work on resolving the issue and we will provide an update no later than 13.30 BST.

We have identified an issue that is preventing customers from completing new links between Codat and FreshBooks, and causing syncs for previously linked companies to fail.
