We have identified the the root cause of this behavior where scheduled emails are not sending as expected. Affected users will notice that the scheduled banner on emails remains even after the scheduled send time passes. Additional updates will be provided as soon as a resolution is in place.

We are currently investigating an issue that's preventing scheduled emails from sending at the chosen time. We became aware of this issue at 12:30 PM PDT and affected users will notice that the scheduled banner on emails remains even after the scheduled send time passes. We’re working to identify the issue and put a resolution in place as soon as possible.
