AWS is now investigating internet connectivity issues on both US-WEST-1 and US-WEST-2 regions, as noted from their status page: https://status.aws.amazon.com/

We are seeing connectivity issues for dedicated clusters hosted on both of those regions. Please follow the AWS status page for the latest updates.

Dedicated Enterprise clusters hosted on that region look to be impacted. We are still seeing potentially impacted clusters on other regions, and we are still investigating.
