Update
We continue to work urgently to resolve the issue. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Impact: Users may experience issues with Business Center Transaction Search. This is affecting mostly merchants in the LAC region using browser locale: "Spanish (Latin America)", es-419".

Merchants who utilize the EBC2 Transaction Search feature may receive 0 transaction results, when the user is expecting results back. The backend network call returns a HTTP 400 "Bad Accept-Language header value".

A known workaround is to change your browser locale to a non-impacted one such as "EN" for English and restart your browser.

If merchant is heavily reliant on this feature, one of the known ways is to completely remove the affected locale from the browser list. See the following directions:

1) First, select a Browser Locale that works (for example, English) as default

2) Then delete affected locales from the browser locale list

3) Click on button to Relaunch the browser

4) After browser launches back up, close the browser again and then reopen browser

Reported Start Time: 14:59 GMT on 8th March 2023

Next Update: As current status changes.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause for our customers. We will provide regular updates until the issue is mitigated.

Please do not hesitate to contact the Cybersource support team if you have any questions or concerns.
