Dear customers,
Affected merchants who are using Alicloud have reported that the issue has recovered at 4:20pm GMT+7. Xendit did not perform any changes prior and during the incident as other merchants who are using other cloud providers remains operational.

Dear customers,
We received reports from customers who are using Alicloud as Cloud Provider that they are not able to connect to Xendit APIs.
Please provide the following information to Xendit's representative: 1. Location of your servers: eg. Indonesia/ Jakarta in AliCloud datacenter - zone A 2. Public IP address of your server 3. Result of following command - for at least 10minutes and provide screenshot mtr api.xendit.co 4. Result of command nslookup api.xendit.co 5. Result of nc command nc -vvz 104.19.160.99 443 We will help to investigate accordingly.
Separately, kindly escalate to your respective Cloud Provider Alicloud to check on their end. Xendit's system remains operational for merchants who are not using Alicloud.
