Investigating
Dear Customer,

We are currently experiencing a disruption in the availability of the Bloomreach Search & Merch platform, we are seeing higher latencies among all clients in EMEA, which may lead to timeouts.
Only the EMEA / Europe cluster is affected, there are currently no issues in the US.
