All delays in data freshness related to this incident are resolved, and Segment Extensions, Data Sharing, as well as Retention and Funnel Reports are fully operational again.

Update
While there are no updates from Snowflake yet, on the Braze side we are no longer experiencing issues with retention or funnel reporting and we are seeing Snowflake Data Sharing functionality return for customers on Braze US clusters.

We continue to experience delays with the freshness of Segment Extensions, as we work through the backlog of queued jobs during this incident.

Monitoring
We continue to experience delays with the freshness of Segment Extensions, and some retention and funnel reporting on the Braze dashboard may also not load properly at this time. All data is being queued by Braze, and we expect that there will be no data loss.

While we are seeing some Snowflake Data Sharing functionality return for customers on Braze US clusters, there are no updates from Snowflake yet.

Investigating
Due to an incident with Snowflake affecting AWS US East data warehouses, we are experiencing delays with the freshness of Segment Extensions and Snowflake Data Sharing functionality for customers on Braze US clusters. Retention and funnel reporting on the Braze dashboard may also not load properly at this time. No data is lost and is being queued by Braze.
