The delays have been resolved. An issue with an upstream provider created a backup of event (click, impression, conversion, etc.) data. We identified the issue and processed the backed up data.

We are currently experiencing delays in updating balancing for ads and updating event counts in the UI and Real Time Reporting API. We are investigating the issue.
