Identified
Our vendor has identified the issue and we're working with them to install a fix for the underlying issue. In the meantime, we have seen some improvement in completions. We'll continue to provide updates as they become available.

Investigating
We're currently investigating an issue with our porting vendor causing on-net PONs not to complete in our dashboard after activating TNs to our SPID with NPAC. Relevant teams are currently engaged with our porting vendor about the issue. In the meantime, you can call porting support or open a ticket as usual if you experience any problems with port completion.
