Notion has been unblocked by the aforementioned ISPs and users will start seeing access restored. This change is propagating and expected to complete in the next several hours.

We've worked with several ISPs to unblock Notion's domain, and connectivity has been restored. We're focused on removing the remaining blocks still affecting some of our users. We'll keep you updated

Update
We have identified that the issue is because of a DNS block at particular ISPs. Users can use their mobile phone network, switch their DNS server to 8.8.8.8 or use a VPN. We are continuing to investigate.
