All orders since 9/15/2019 have now been repopulated in Rewards Genius, orders prior to 9/15/2019 are still affected. We will post more as the data is repopulated.

All orders since November 2020 have now been repopulated in Rewards Genius, orders prior to 11/1/2020 are still affected. We will post more as the data is repopulated.

All orders from 2021 have now been repopulated in Rewards Genius, orders prior to 1/1/2021 are still affected. We will post more as the data is repopulated.

Identified
We have identified an issue where orders placed prior to 1:44pm PT today are not showing the list of line items in the Order Details page of the Order History in RG. We are working on a fix to repopulate this information in our searching index and will be repopulating most recent orders first.
