Our DNS service provider confirmed the issue is resolved and we have not noticed any issues since 00:40 UTC. We continue to monitor.

Investigating
We are experiencing DNS issues at our 3rd party DNS service provider intermittently. Admins may not be able to login to Control and users may not be able to launch non-persistent Desktops or RD Pool Apps. We are working with our service provider. Next update will be at 1:00 AM UTC
