Investigating
We are experiencing intermittent failure in response to the Facebook private messages in Care & Marketing. As a result, agents are getting errors while responding to the private messages, or agents may have to try multiple times to make the response successful.
We are partnering with our Facebook contact for the investigation, and we will keep you updated on the progress.
