This incident has been resolved and was indeed linked to an incident with the test card provider.
The cards provided in our documentation are working as intended again.

Investigating

You may be experiencing Authentication verification failed & Fraud detected Errors on API calls.
These disturbances are due to an issue with a test card provider incident on their side.

We are investigating with them and will get back to you as soon as we know more.

Who is affected: Anyone in the SANDBOX environment.
Test cards mainly impacted: CB/VISA/MC cards from the Frictionless and Challenge flows in our documentation (https://docs.mangopay.com/guide/testing-payments)
