After increasing an internal rate limit, quicksearch user search is back to normal operation. This incident is now resolved.

Investigating
We are investigating reports of intermittent errors for Confluence, Jira Work Management, and Jira Software Cloud customers in Europe.

The impact is that on about 10 percent of requests, quick search - the search bar in the top navigation - is missing users from the search results. Other results like pages, issues, are OK.

We will provide more details once we identify the root cause.
