We have implemented a fix on Friday and have been monitoring it since. We can confirm that everything is back to normal. This incident is now resolved.

We are encountering occasional temporary loading delays when Databoards were being accessed or edited or when Date Ranges were changed on Databoards.
The issue could have been identified by seeing the loading bar “Please wait. Preparing your data” on Datablocks for more than a few minutes.
Data continues to sync as expected. The delays are associated only with loading the visualizations of the synced data.
