We are currently monitoring the results of the fix.
Most of the customers are able to build a deployment package via Developer Portal now.
Some customers may have to wait for their previous build jobs to expire.

Investigating
We have observed and we are investigating a reduction in the functionality of the Developer Portal.
Some users may be unable to create a Deployment Package via Developer Portal.

As a work around, we advise the affected customers to create the deployment package locally in Studio Pro and upload it to the Developer Portal.
