Monitoring
We have identified the route case for the issues and released a fix. We are currently monitoring the app to confirm that the released fix effectively addressed the issues.

Update
Our initial investigation revealed that we are experiencing issues with regular, scheduled syncs as well as with on-demand syncs. This means that users might see dated data on their Databoards and using the Query Builder, changing Date Ranges or accessing Advanced Settings will not work as expected.
There are also occasional issues with accessing Databox accounts, so the app may be occasionally unavailable.

We are still investigating the root cause of the issue and will provide updates as soon as they become available.
