Update
Microsoft Ads widgets have stabilised, but we've determined that the issue still occurs when fetching data sources.

We’re currently experiencing a service outage for Microsoft Ads. Our team is actively working on resolving the issue.
We’ve determined that their service is returning an internal service error, which can cause the following error to occur for Microsoft Ads widgets in reports: "Microsoft Advertising encountered an internal error fetching the data." Most users may be affected.
