Incident Report for Squiz
Resolved
An unplanned extreme load event for Squiz Edge resulted in the automatic rerouting of traffic for customers that use the Edge service. Some customers may experience additional network latency while traffic is routed to alternative Edge nodes.

Customers using specific nonstandard configurations could not be rerouted and may still see increased loading times, timeouts or error messages in their browser.

Squiz Teams have now restored service stability for all customers.
