We have identified an issue with a third-party service provider where customers might have observed performance degradation or timeouts with Edge Delivery in Dallas and Atlanta. The issue was noticed intermittently from 04:43 UTC to 13:42 UTC on April 2, 2024.
We are closely monitoring our systems and based on our observations, the service is resuming normal operations. We will continue to monitor to ensure that the impact has been fully mitigated.
