A change in UI default settings has been identified impacting specific workflows with datasets over 800MB. Users are presented with an error message instructing them that Cross-Validation (CV) is not available with the dataset. A user must use Train-Validation-Holdout (TVH) option in order to proceed. Engineering is aware of the issue and will apply a fix to have TVH as the default in such scenarios. The functionality of the DataRobot application is not impacted by this issue; it is a change in the default behavior that was introduced with a recent update.

Some users who begin a regression project with a dataset over 800MB may see an error and have the project fail. Engineering is currently investigating the issue. Please contact support@datarobot.com if you are experiencing issues creating a project or if you have any questions.
