Monitoring
Data syncs are now performed as expected and the app is loading normally. We are still looking into the root cause for the behaviour.

Investigating
We are experiencing issues with data syncing and with loading the app. Issues have been present since August 10, 9.30 PM (3.30 AM CET).

Issue can be identified by seeing data sync delays and by having difficulties with accessing Query Builder, Metric setup, accessing Advanced Settings and loading other elements of the app.

We are already working on resolving this and will share an update soon.
