Between 8:15 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) on 05/04/2022 and 1:05 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on 05/04/2022, some customers experienced issues with CRM Object updates. This was caused by a problem with indexing. Due to a related system also being impaired, it took us longer than anticipated to recover. As of 1:05 PM EDT (UTC -04:00) on 05/04/2022, CRM Object updates are working properly and the incident has been fully resolved. No data was lost.

Beginning at 8:15 AM ET, CRM Object updates in HubSpot have been experiencing delays of up to 35 minutes. This may impact tools such as indexing pages and pipeline overviews in HubSpot. No data has been lost. Our team is investigating the cause of this issue and will update this page when more information is available.
