Update
Billing configs have been updated, so all affected Billing/Usage dashboards should be correct now.

We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Affected Grafana Cloud instances have been reverted to their original, correct plans.

We will continue to monitor this for a bit.

We are also fixing any billing configs that were modified; until that is complete, customers may see incorrect info on their Billing/Usage dashboard.

A change was made to some of our automated trial management, which inadvertently downgraded the Grafana Cloud plan for some of our subscribed customers.

We have identified the cause of the issue, and are working on a resolution.
