Monitoring
This issue was caused by intermittent connectivity issues in AWS (per https://status.aws.amazon.com/). It has since been addressed. We are currently monitoring it.

Investigating
We are investigating an issue where users are intermittently unable to log in using TIBCO Cloud. This would affect any of the products and services that log in through TIBCO Cloud.

This incident affected: Live Apps (Case Manager, Administrator, Designer), Develop (Flogo®), Data Management (Metadata), API Management (Design Time, API Modeling), TIBCO Cloud™ (User Management, Login), Analytics (Spotfire®), Connect (Scribe® API), and AuditSafe, Nimbus® Maps.
