Monitoring
We have confirmed that API traffic is operating normally and the elevated error rate was resolved at 3:30PM PST.
Additionally, we have implemented a change to resolve issues with accessing the Merchant and Partner Center at 4:01PM PST. Customers should be able to access both successfully at this time. We will continue to closely monitor for any further disruption.

Update
We have implemented a change to resolve the spike in V3 API errors. We have confirmed that API traffic is normalizing. Customers may still experience difficulty in accessing the Merchant and Partner Center. We are actively investigating and will update shortly.

We have identified a spike in V3 API errors which may result in some API calls failing to process successfully. In addition, some users may experience difficulty accessing their Merchant and Partner Center. We are actively investigating and will provide an update shortly.
