Update
This issue has been resolved and our data processing and message sending systems have recovered. We are no longer seeing latency in US03.

Monitoring
We have fixed the underlying issue and are monitoring as our systems process the backlog. We continue to experience increased latency on data processing and message sending. No data or messages will be lost as a result of this.

We'll update again once latency has fully recovered.

We are currently investigating an issue resulting in delayed data processing and message sending for some customers on our US03 cluster.

Customers on 03 might additionally experience intermittent errors when navigating the Dashboard.
