This incident has been resolved and the 17 and 19th January refund files were reprocessed

Identified

Following a technical issue with our PSP and Bank partner, the files which contains the refund transaction created on the 17 and 19th January was not processed.

MOP concerned :
-Ideal
-Sofort
-Giropay

We are doing our best to restore the situation as soon as possible, thank you for your understanding
