On Monday we rolled out an update and unfortunately, this update affected order statuses on some orders. We are unable to say which orders this has affected. So we recommend checking orders from the past week if a shipment already has been created before shipping the order.
We understand what challenges this has given in the daily order flow and on behalf of the entire Webshipper team we apologize for this inconvenience.
