Monitoring

Our sending provider, Mailgun, is continuing to work on a fix, but we are seeing links in previously sent messages now working and new sends being delivered. We will continue to monitor progress and will provide an additional update soon.

Identified

Our team is aware of an issue with test sends not sending as expected this morning, and links previously sent returning a 'bad request' error. These issues are tied to an incident with our sending provider, Mailgun, and their team has identified the issue and is implementing a fix. We're continuing to monitor their progress and will provide an additional update soon https://status.mailgun.com/.
