On May 6th, 2021 updates were made to a central backend service. The updates resulted in some unforeseen issues that impacted Single-Sign-on (SSO) services that caused SSO failures. The problem was quickly identified and resolved. We have implemented new monitoring measures scoped for looking at these types changes going forward.

Our engineers have rounded up those pesky gremlins. We believe all have been located and humanely removed. However, there may be a chance that an extra shifty one still lurking in a crevice or two. Some users are reporting an inability to SSO to multiple integration partner services and Redtail Imaging from within Redtail CRM. As a work around for the Redtail Imaging SSO issue, users can login directly at phx.img.redtailtechnology.com. We have unleashed the issue-sniffing tech hounds to track down the root cause.
