We saw a surge of incoming connections around November 18, 2022 18:30 UTC, and lasted until around 21:45 UTC. The backend database automatically scaled up to add more capacity to accommodate incoming requests. The surge came after a dip in incoming transactions earlier in the day from 14:30 UTC to 18:30 UTC. During the surge, some requests took longer to process and users may have experienced timeouts while using balenaCloud.
