Update
EU SDK API is fully operational.

While there continues to be data processing and triggered message sending delays in US clusters, latency is improving.

We continue to actively monitor and will provide updates as things change.

Additionally, at this point, we are seeing increased error rates for SDK API processing in the EU and are actively investigating that.

The ongoing issue with AWS (https://status.aws.amazon.com/) continues to cause data processing delays and delays to triggered message sending for a small number of customers in US01 and US03. We're actively monitoring the incident and will continue to provide updates as we learn more.
