Monitoring
Following the release (474) on 21/04/2021 at 9:00PM; three issues have been identified for which we have just deployed a patch. The 3 issues are:

1. On the Process Stage settings screen; Integration tab users were unable to add, edit or update an integration.
2. On the Form Level settings page; changes could not be applied to section validation or conditions.
3. In the Service product the customer profile Update function was not working correctly due to drop downs missing values.

The patch will correct all three issues and the affected platform areas are now working as expected and we are monitoring the result.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
